1. Where will I find my Clicks ClubCard number?
Your Clicks ClubCard number is the 13 digit number printed on your Clicks ClubCard, e.g. 0200128184938.
2. Can I link someone else’s Clicks ClubCard card to my Multiply profile?
Unfortunately, you cannot link someone else’s Clicks ClubCard to your Multiply profile because the personal information on their Clicks online profile will not match the details on your Multiply profile.
3. I am struggling to activate the Clicks benefit, what am I doing wrong?
The activation may fail because of an ID number mismatch between your Clicks and Multiply online profiles – please ensure that your ID on both profiles is the same.
Log in to your Clicks online profile to double-check your details.
4. Do I need to re-activate if my Clicks ClubCard number changes?
There is no need to perform an update if your Clicks ClubCard number changes.
5. How long will it take for the cashbacks I have earned from Clicks to reflect in my Multiply Money wallet?
Your cashbacks will be paid into your Multiply Money payment wallet within seven days.
